Board of Directors
- The Chamber's Board of Directors (BOD) is comprised of up to 30 members which includes EC members. The Board of Directors is expected to convene approximately 4-6 times a year.
- The responsibility of the directors is as follows:
- Fiduciary responsibility for the organization.
- Publicly support the Chamber
- Comment and ratify the strategic plan that is prepared by the Executive Committee.
- Monitor the activities of the Executive Committee, Executive Director and Administration Coordinator.
- Help canvas additional Executive Committee members, Directors, Governors, Sponsors and members.
- Engage in public speaking in at least one Chamber event.
- Attend and/or lead a Mission to Israel.
- Potentially donate to the Chamber.
